Dunollie Castle is situated just north of Oban overlooking
the bay Oban is located in. The Castle has been the stronghold of the MacDougalls
and has been build in the 13th century. It has been able to withstand a year
long siege during the Jacobite rebellion. These days it is unfortunately not
much more then a ruin. From this tour you can navigate back to Oban
Bay.
