This room is not normally open to the general
public visiting the distillery. It is used by the company for special
events and to receive visitors from the trade. The entrance to this part
of the buildings houses a special treat however, an illegal still seized
in 1888 is on display here. It is presented with a display on the wall
of the original documents written by the customs & excise officer
who led the seizure. You can find more information about the still and
