On a distillery tour you will learn that Ben Vrackie is the water source of the distillery. The walk to the summit is a very pleasant one, although the last bit is quite steep, proper hiking shoes are a necessity! The walk can conveniently be started and ended from the town of Pitlochry. From this point-of-view you can return to the courtyard.
