A main dish for 2 people. We will need to have the next ingredients:
- 1/8 cup of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 spring-onion
- 175ml fish bouillon
- 2 large Salmon parts
- bit salt and pepper and nutmeg
- 100ml Single Malt Whisky (recommended a smokey one)
Put the Whisky, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bouillon and spring-onions in a pan and
let it boil for about a minute. Put the salmon in the pan and let it boil softly
for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the salmon and keep them on warm plates. Add the tablespoon
of parsley and let it boil for a additional minute or 2. Pour over the salmon
and serve!
