Marinate the filet's in the whisky with a little salt and pepper. Next heat
up oil and bake the filet's until they are done. Next rub the top of the filets
with the honey, and sprinkle the almonds over the filets. Put under the grill
until the honey is being caramelized, and the almonds get a nice color.

Be sure to bake/shallow fry the chicken at a medium temperature. Not too low otherwise it will taste a little dry.
